Designing a plethora wellness lifestyle is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. To be well is more than being free from illness, it is a constantly changing process of growth and personal progress.
What does it mean to design a Plethora Wellness Lifestyle?
Plethora is mainly described:

My purpose is to help you as a woman to establish a lifestyle that includes an abundance of wellness. So, I created this blog to encourage, teach and motivate women to design a Plethora Wellness Lifestyle for themselves and for their families by focusing on their physical wellness, spiritual wellness and emotional wellness. I [firmly] believe that these are the basic and vital aspects in the pursuit of an optimum wellness lifestyle.
I want to help women to become more aware of their physical wellness by making choices that lead to a healthy body to become stronger and active physically.
It’s no mystery that taking care of your physical well-being is extremely important to your health and happiness. Physical wellness relates to maintaining a healthy body and seeking care when needed. It is important to adopt attitudes and lifestyles that prevent disease, improve health, and enhance our quality of life and sense of wellbeing.
We can design an optimum physical health through exercise, eating well, getting enough sleep and paying attention to the signs of illness and [most importantly] getting help if necessary.
There’s a plethora of information out there about the latest health and fitness trends, but I will share with you health and fitness practices that are designed especially for us women. I will also share physical wellness approaches that will promote proper care of our bodies that will result in optimal health and functioning.
When we obtain an optimal level of physical wellness, it allows us to nurture the personal responsibility for our own health. And the more we become conscious of our physical health, the better we will be able to identify areas that we are successful in as well as areas we would like to improve.
I want to help women to become more aware of their spiritual wellness by making choices that help to discover their meaningful purpose and develop a healthy Spirit.
Spiritual wellness allows us to develop a set of values that help you seek meaning and purpose. Spirituality can be represented in many ways, for example, through relaxation and belief. To be spiritually well means that you which resources are essential to cope with challenges that present themselves in everyday life.
It is incredibly important that we know how to connect with the source that’s greater than ourselves and having a set of values, principles, morals and beliefs that provide a sense of purpose and meaning to life.
To find meaning and purpose in life, may be a lifelong process that evolves based on unique circumstances, individual experiences, and global events. Through spiritual wellness we have the power and capability to make our decisions and choices easier, ground us during periods of change, and give us the resiliency to survive with grace and inner peace in the face of adversity. And as a woman [especially as a mother and/or wife] we are then able to guide our household properly. Being spiritually well will also help us heal when we are suffering from a physical or mental condition.
I want to help women to become more aware of their emotional Wellness by making choices that will develop the abilities to manage effectively through challenges and change.
When we talk about emotional wellness, we refer to the understanding our feelings and coping effectively with stress. It is verry important to pay attention to self-care, relaxation, stress reduction and the development of inner resources so you can learn and grow from experiences.
How you feel can affect your ability to carry out everyday activities, your relationships, and your overall mental health. And working on your emotional wellness dimension will help to change for good the way you react to your experiences and feelings over time.
Being emotionally well gives you the ability to successfully handle life’s stresses and adapt to change and difficult times. Emotional wellness is critical to the well-being and health of us as women. Because when you are tuned into your feelings, you can more easily become aware of your bodily sensations. Being emotionally well encourages you to slow down and fosters the practice of mindfulness.
It doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re happy all the time, but rather, that you’re self-aware and able to shift as a way to feel better. As women we want to be able to lead a happier and more blissful life with the opportunity to attain our full potential.
With this blog I’d love to share with you, practical approaches I’m learning during this journey that you may also apply daily. These approaches will help us women to establish a Plethora Wellness Lifestyle for ourselves and for our families [whether it’s a close relative, husband and children or even a close friend].
